Non-Refundable Offers:

Any customer who signs up for a publishing promotion or running offer with an order value ranging between $99 and $299 acknowledges and agrees that such payments are strictly non-refundable.

• All partial payments made under any payment plan are strictly non-refundable.
• In the event a customer cancels or discontinues the service, any partial or installment payments already made will not be refunded.
• All installments paid prior to the completion of full payment shall be treated as an advance and commitment fee, which is non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in cases of a genuine service delivery failure attributable to the service provider.
• If a customer becomes unavailable, discontinues communication, or otherwise abandons the service, the customer retains the right to resume and continue the service at any time in the future. However, under such circumstances, the customer shall not be entitled to claim any refund, nor initiate or pursue any dispute regarding payments already made.
